Cross-border Transfers

Regardless of where in the world you are based, we share your personal data with the Genius Sports Group. This will involve transferring your personal data outside of your country, including in particular to locations in which we have offices, namely Australia, Bulgaria, Colombia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland, the UK and the US.
